Adults who train at THE DOJO enjoy increasing stamina, speed, strength, balance, endurance, timing, and flexibility. Many people whose lives depend on the type of training received and self defense techniques that they learn such as: Police Officers, Bouncers, Body Guards, Bounty Hunters, Special Units, Special Groups, and Correctional Officers have come to train with and become students of Mr. Nogueira.
The training and mind set at THE DOJO is directed at ending any confrontation immediately. You take out the attacker on the first confrontation and end it, do not give the attacker a second or third attempt. This is accomplished by inflicting on the attacker, joint locks (for retention, dislocation or breakage), strangulation locks (for retention or neck breakages), pressure points, strikes and using the attackers weapon against himself/herself after disarming, and more.jujitsu2
The self-defense techniques that are taught are with the emphasis on technique and not so much strength to counter an attack. Which means that you can be of any size and your attacker of any size and the counter will be effective in either situation.
